A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipping label is printed. If the email has not arrived within two business days, check the spam folder first, then write to orders@nervolynofficial.com with the name on the order.

Write to us with your order number. We open a trace with the carrier, and if the parcel cannot be found we reship or refund it. You do not lose the guarantee because a carrier lost a box.

You have 60 days from the day your parcel is delivered to decide. If NervoLyn did not do what you hoped, write to our refund desk inside that window and we send return instructions and refund the product price.

Email support@nervolynofficial.com with the name on the order and the order number. We reply with a return address and a reference to write on the parcel. Once the return is on its way, the refund is issued to the card that paid.

Return what you still have, opened or not. We ask for the bottles back so the return can be matched to your order, and an empty bottle is fine. Nobody is expected to prove they finished the capsules.

We process the refund within two business days of the return arriving. Card issuers then take another three to ten business days to post it, which is outside our control.
