Privacy Notice
The short version: we collect what an order needs, we keep it as long as the law asks, and we do not sell it.

What we collect
When you place an order we receive the name, shipping address, email address and phone number you enter, along with the items ordered and the amount paid. We do not receive or store your full card number: that is handled by the payment processor on its own systems.
When you browse this site our host records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That record exists for security and traffic measurement.
Why we hold it
To pack and ship your order, to answer questions about it, to process a refund if you ask for one, and to keep the sales records that tax and consumer law require us to keep.
Who else sees it
The payment processor that takes the charge, the carrier that delivers the parcel, and the email provider that sends order confirmations. Each receives only what its job requires. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we do not pass your address to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy accounting obligations. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Server logs are rotated within ninety days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request in the ordinary course of serving the file. Your browser can block that request without breaking the pages.
Your choices
Write to support@nervolynofficial.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no legal duty requires us to keep it. We answer within thirty days. Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes have those rights by law and we apply them to everyone.
Children
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
