How the promise works, step by step
- Take it properly. One capsule a day with food. Give it a real trial rather than a week.
- Write to the refund desk. Email support@nervolynofficial.com inside the 60 day window with the name on the order and the order number.
- Post the bottles back. We reply with a return address and a reference number. Send whatever you still have, opened or sealed.
- We refund the product price. Within two business days of the parcel arriving, back to the card that paid. Your bank posts it in another three to ten days.
That is the whole process. It is deliberately boring, because a guarantee that requires effort is not a guarantee.
What is covered and what is not
Covered: the price you paid for NervoLyn bottles bought on this site, within 60 days of delivery, whether the bottles are full, part used or empty. Damaged or missing parcels are covered separately: we reship or refund those regardless of the window.
Not covered: the postage you pay to send the return, and anything bought somewhere other than this site. Bottles from a marketplace listing were not shipped by us, and we have no record of them to refund against.
One order, one promise. The window runs per order, so a six bottle order bought in March and a second order in June each carry their own 60 days.
Why we can write it this plainly
Because we sell NervoLyn ourselves. There is no retailer between us and the buyer taking a cut and setting return rules, which means the refund desk answers to the same company that printed the label. Roughly four orders in a hundred come back, and we would rather pay those than argue about them.
It also keeps the incentives straight. If the capsule does nothing for you, we want you refunded and gone rather than annoyed and posting about it. That is a better business than holding on to $294 from someone we disappointed.

Does the clock start at order or delivery?
At delivery. The carrier’s delivery date is the day the 60 days begin, which is why a slow parcel never costs you time.
What if I ordered six bottles and I am on the second?
Send back what you have. The refund covers the product price of the order, not a pro rata calculation.
Do I need the original box?
No. A padded envelope with the bottles and the reference number written on it is enough.
