Who you are dealing with
This store is operated by Rockvale Health Provisions, LLC, 301 South Jefferson Avenue, Suite 610, Springfield, MO 65806, business registration no. LC1748206. Placing an order means you accept the conditions below.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that point. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if the address cannot be served, or if the payment cannot be verified. Declined orders are not charged.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and are payable in full at checkout. Package prices apply to the package chosen at the time of the order and are not applied retrospectively to earlier orders. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Delivery
We ship to United States addresses. Handling is one business day and transit typically runs three to seven business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because carriers are outside our control. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.
Returns
The 60 day return window and the process for using it are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Health and use of the product
NervoLyn is a dietary supplement for adults. It is not a medicine, it is not FDA approved, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing here is medical advice. Ask a clinician before starting NervoLyn if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care or taking prescription medicine.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property and governing law
The text, images and layout of this site belong to Rockvale Health Provisions. NervoLyn is a trademark of Rockvale Health Provisions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and disputes are heard in the courts of that state.
